The role combines financial rigor, data analysis, and strong reporting capabilities, with a particular focus on ESG disclosures, regulatory readiness, and sustainable finance frameworks. The analyst will support the development of high-quality ESG reports, ensuring alignment between data, narrative, and regulatory requirements, while working closely with the Global ESG Director and cross-functional stakeholders.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and support global ESG reporting processes, including ESG reports, CSRD, 20-F and 6-K filings, with strong involvement in content drafting and narrative development</li> <li>Actively participate in writing and structuring ESG disclosures and environmental sections in corporate reports</li> <li>Manage environmental data processes (GHG, energy, water, waste) ensuring data quality and audit readiness</li> <li>Support ESG assurance processes and work with external auditors</li> <li>Develop ESG KPIs, frameworks and support sustainable finance activities</li> <li>Monitor ESG regulations (CSRD, CBAM etc.) and assess business implications</li> <li>Manage ESG ratings and relationships with external agencies</li> <li>Lead cross-functional ESG projects and support digital transformation initiatives</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p><strong>The Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering</li> <li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA or equivalent) – must have</li> <li>Experience in Big 4 firms (advantage)</li> <li>5–8+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, ESG or corporate finance</li> <li>Experience working with complex data and reporting processes</li> <li>Proven track records with ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) – advantage</li> <li>Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities</li> <li>Excellent ability to articulate reports in English, both verbally and in writing (must have)</li> <li>Proficient in translating complex data into clear narratives</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (advantage)</li> <li>Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence without authority</li> <li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a virtual, remote, and dynamic environment</li> <li>Strong project management and leadership skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What do we offer:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Stable employment in a well-established global company </li> <li>Competitive salary aligned with your experience</li> <li>Private medical care and health insurance</li> <li>Benefit card</li> <li>Hybrid working model (4 days office / 1 day remote)</li> <li>A collaborative and supportive work environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>As this role requires regular communication in English, we kindly request that all applications (CVs and supporting documents) be submitted in English.</strong></p></div></div></div>
