leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met by the Company.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Continuously developing unique ways to grow the business with customers and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong><span style="">Main Responsibilities / Tasks:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Executing the annual sales planning and constantly updating customer-related forecasts. </span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Proactively and continuously evaluating, coordinating and validating customer requirements in order to enhance customer loyalty and increase customer value. </span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Supporting assigned customers in the best possible way by establishing professional relationship management with the respective decision-makers.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Attaining the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager. </span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Implementing the operative targets (e.g. portfolio business, new business, competitor share, new business fields) for the area of responsibility, taking long-term strategic corporate targets into account.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Creating account development plans for defined customers and updating them regularly.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensuring and implementing customer projects and tracking sample and quote evaluation and contract status with intervention at the customer site where necessary.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Build strong internal networks within Döhler, with intensive collaboration within ISS, CS, BUs, application, R&D, procurement, quality, and upscaling teams.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Manage customer and project data in our CRM system (WeLead) and ensure optimal insights.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and implement sales and business unit initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>For all roles:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s products, services, customers, processes, and relevant systems required to perform the role effectively.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Communicate regularly and effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely exchange of information and support collaborative working.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support the effective use of financial and physical resources by adhering to departmental budgets and working with the Team Leader to address any actual or potential variances.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible records within the company’s internal IT systems.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Agree and work towards clear individual objectives, targets, and success criteria aligned to team and business goals.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Complete all tasks in accordance with customer technical, quality, and delivery requirements, as well as company procedures, policies, Health and Safety standards, and relevant industry codes of practice.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>What you will bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Technically proficient (familiar with ingredients and their application in application and knowledge of production processes (B2B + B2C)).</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">At least 5 years of work experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Food industry.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">An excellent sense of prioritisation.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Well-organized, goal-oriented, and have strong communication skills to help you build relationships.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Fluent in English;
