You are responsible for operating and optimising our webshop to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience while driving performance. You manage on‑site content, localisation, online merchandising, testing, and alignment with local teams and HQ. </p> <p>In particular, you will </p> <ul> <li>maintain and optimise webshop content, plan and implement local campaigns, and manage localisation into Danish, Swedish and English </li> <li>manage navigation, categories, filters, and on‑site search to ensure product findability and SEO‑relevant on‑site content </li> <li>execute UAT testing, manage bugs and regression tests </li> <li>act as the first contact for Customer Service and Click &amp; Collect teams </li> <li>monitor webshop performance, conduct analyses, provide insights, and drive optimisation measures </li> <li>collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Retail, Marketing, Customer Service and external partners </li> <li>independently take local webshop decisions while adhering to global frameworks, standards and operational guidelines </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Profile</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>A degree in Business, Digital Commerce, Marketing, or a comparable qualification </li> <li>At least 3 years of experience in e‑commerce or content management </li> <li>Experience with on‑site merchandising, navigation/search optimisation, testing processes and performance analytics </li> <li>Strong user‑centric mindset combined with analytical thinking and KPI‑driven decision‑making </li> <li>Very good command of English; fluent in Danish and/or Swedish </li> <li>Willingness to travel and ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑moving environments </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you do not tick all boxes but still believe you are a good match for this role, we look forward to hearing from you. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Closure</b></H2> </div><div><p>Are you interested?
