That's why we are too when it comes to selecting our trainees. Here's what we're looking for: </p> <ul> <li>A completed degree with a focus on economics and a specialization in finance or controlling. </li> <li>At least 6 months of practical experience, ideally in the area of finance and controlling, e. g. through internships or working student positions. </li> <li>Software skills: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ideally, basic user knowledge of SAP. </li> <li>Intercultural mindset: Experience abroad (e.g., internship or semester abroad) and very good German and English skills.</li> <li>Analytical thinking, a confident manner, and persuasiveness.</li> <li>Flexibility and willingness to travel to get to know our international locations worldwide. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Closure</b></H2> </div><div><p>Are you interested?
