In addition, you act as a reliable interface between HR and Finance, providing professional support on all payroll‑related topics. <br>In particular, you will </p> <ul> <li>ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll and progressively build expertise in maritime wage settlements (DIS)</li> <li>guarantee full compliance with all applicable Danish tax, labour, and social security regulations </li> <li>independently manage payroll processes for the Danish entity, including legal and collective agreement‑related evaluations </li> <li>prepare, maintain, and manage payroll‑ and HR‑related documentation and records </li> <li>act as the central point of contact for payroll‑related inquiries from employees, authorities, auditors, as well as HR and Finance </li> <li>continuously develop and optimise payroll processes, data quality, and system usage </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Profile</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Several years of experience in payroll in Denmark </li> <li>Strong knowledge of Danish tax, labour, and social security law </li> <li>Confident handling of payroll and time management systems (e.g. LessorLon) as well as MS Office </li> <li>Excellent English and Danish skills, both written and spoken, combined with a strong service‑oriented and hands‑on mindset </li> <li>A structured, analytical, and independent working style with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you do not tick all boxes but still believe you are a good match for this role, we look forward to hearing from you. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Closure</b></H2> </div><div><p>Are you interested?
