Your tasks include:</p> <ul> <li>Managing and coordinating services to ensure smooth operations and the maintenance of buildings and facilities at both locations</li> <li>Providing both functional and disciplinary leadership, as well as development and workforce planning for the Facility & Site Services teams</li> <li>Ensuring cross-site collaboration and driving a forward-looking alignment of structures, processes, and standards in facility management</li> <li>Budget and investment planning for the Facility & Site Services area</li> <li>Leading projects for modernization, restructuring, or expansion of buildings and related infrastructure</li> <li>Managing and overseeing tenders and requests for proposals</li> <li>Reviewing invoices from a technical perspective and ensuring quality control as well as acceptance of services provided</li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Profile</b></H2> </div><div><div> <ul> <li> <div>Completed degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, (Civil) Engineering, or a comparable qualification</div> </li> <li> <div>Relevant professional experience in engineering, facility management, or a similar role, ideally with initial leadership experience</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to analyze data and KPIs and derive appropriate actions and decisions</div> </li> <li> <div>Very good knowledge of building systems and technical equipment</div> </li> <li> <div>Solid proficiency in MS Office and common facility management software</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong communication skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style</div> </li> <li> <div>Willingness to travel regularly between the Erlensee and Allermöhe locations</div> </li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Closure</b></H2> </div><div><div> <p>Are you interested?
