The range for this position is $19 - $21 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. </p> <p> </p> <h2>Your Responsibilities:</h2> <p><br>• Preparation of customer orders for shipment<br>• Read and comprehend manufacturing orders and customer instructions/specifications to determine the required equipment, product, and components needed to process orders for shipment to customers<br>• Filling, labeling, and packaging of products per packaging specifications in accordance with defined quality standards<br>• Maintain communication with coworkers and the relevant departmental managers<br>• Assist/supports team members and readily shares information<br>• Conduct yourself in accordance with company core values<br>• Attend all required company training sessions</p> <p> </p> <h2>Qualifications we are looking for:</h2> <p><br>• High school diploma or equivalent <br>• Basic reading, writing and computer skills required<br>• Analytical & Mathematic skills<br>• Some heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) may be required or up to employees’ physical limitations<br>• Eight hours of walking/standing/sitting<br>• Pushing/Pulling/Moving of raw material containers and production equipment</p> <h2>These are your benefits:</h2> <p>FUCHS offers a challenging and rewarding working environment where employees are encouraged to develop and grow as professionals.
