About this role
<p>Producción & Operaciones se enfoca en diseñar, gestionar y mejorar los procesos de producción y las operaciones empresariales, así como las tecnologías de fabricación y las cadenas de suministro. El rol implica trabajar con sistemas modernos como SAP y paneles de control, algunos de los cuales están autoprogramados. Este es un entorno internacional y funcional que ofrece desafíos diversos impulsados por el rendimiento y proyectos emocionantes.</p> <p><b>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</b></p> <ul> <li>Operation of a few number of machines and work stations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines</li> <li>Removal of products from the machines</li> <li>Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics </li> <li>Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures</li> <li>Performing work station 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures</li> <li>Involvement in continuous improvement process </li> <li>Operate in 3 or 4 shifts according to the demand</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>This is what you bring to us: </b></p> <ul> <li>Experience in an industrial environment or/or basic level of technical qualifications</li> <li>Understanding of work steps and standard operating procedures of the specific machines and work stations</li> <li>Understanding of applicable HSE guidelines, quality and other relevant standards in the production</li> <li>Basic understanding of customer specific requirements and significant/critical characteristics (SC/CC) </li> <li>Flexibility and willingness to keep learning new things</li> <li>Ability to work in a multi-cultural Team</li> <li>Fluent in English, French and/or German</li> </ul> <p><b>Su persona de contacto:</b></p> <p>Iulia MARCUS, People & Organization Grevenmacher, LU</p> <p>Conózcanos aquí y descubra por qué nos apasiona atraer talento a Webasto.<br> ¡Esperamos recibir su solicitud en línea!</p>
