We are currently seeking a <strong>Delivery Driver</strong> to join our team in Attleboro, MA.</p> <hr> <h2>Position Overview</h2> <p>This role involves both <strong>delivery driving</strong> and <strong>warehouse support</strong> in a fast-paced environment. The position is physically demanding and requires regular lifting in a non-climate-controlled setting.</p> <hr> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Deliver products to customers safely and on time, following all company and DOT regulations</li> <li>Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and adhere to Driver Handbook policies</li> <li>Load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and inspecting for damage</li> <li>Receive and stock incoming products</li> <li>Assist with warehouse operations when not driving</li> <li>Maintain all required driver certifications and documentation</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Valid driver’s license required</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience (2+ years preferred)</li> <li>Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles</li> <li>Ability to meet DOT requirements and complete internal driver training</li> <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Ability to read and communicate in English (per DOT guidelines)</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Physical Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Frequent lifting (50–75 lbs), bending, stooping, and walking</li> <li>Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Compensation & Schedule</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required)</li> <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $26–$31/hour (based on experience, skills, and certifications)</li> <li>Additional earning potential through performance and driving bonuses</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li> <li>Paid Time Off (accrued immediately)</li> <li>Paid holidays starting day one</li> <li>401(k) with automatic 3% company contribution</li> <li>Tuition reimbursement</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Our Culture</h2> <p>At Amarr, we value diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.
