This is a key role supporting the training, development and safety of colleagues across the department. You will ensure new starters receive a first‑class induction, provide ongoing refresher training, and help maintain our high standards of Health & Safety.</p> <p>If you’re confident delivering training, enthusiastic about colleague development, and keen to make a positive impact on operational performance, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Location</strong>: Hoddesdon Depot (EN11 0DJ)</li> <li><strong>Shift Pattern</strong>: 5 out of 7</li> <li><strong>Pay</strong>: £13.17 per hour – plus £30 per week trainer supplement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Chill Trainer Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver business and site inductions to all new starters.</li> <li>Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed accurately.</li> <li>Mentor new colleagues during their first 4–6 weeks in the business.</li> <li>Ensure all new employees understand their roles, responsibilities and training requirements.</li> <li>Maintain and update the training matrix, ensuring compliance across all Chill departments.</li> <li>Provide monthly updates on training activity at Health & Safety meetings.</li> <li>Support regular Risk Assessment reviews and deliver new SSOWs and Risk Assessments.</li> <li>Conduct Safety Sweeps as required.</li> <li>Deliver regular refresher training for existing colleagues.</li> <li>Support retraining needs following accident investigations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Chill Trainer Skills, Knowledge & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong people skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.</li> <li>Confident communicator with experience delivering presentations or training.</li> <li>Basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements.</li> <li>Basic IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Apply?</strong></p> <ul> <li>A role that makes real impact on colleague development and safety.</li> <li>Opportunities to shape training standards across the operation.</li> <li>Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow.</li> </ul><hr> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Ariel, sans-serif"><strong>You can find out more about Müller and what it’s like to work for us by clicking here <a href="https://careers.muller.co.uk/#c3046" target="_self">Careers at Müller UK & Ireland</a></strong></p>
