To enhance our successful IT Team in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate <h1>IT Business Consultant</h1> In your role, you will act as a key interface between business and IT, driving and optimizing the end-to-end demand management process. You ensure alignment with ITIL standards while maintaining high service quality and transparency. By defining and monitoring KPIs, you continuously improve process performance and efficiency.
