To enhance our successful Business & Operational Excellence Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Senior Transformation Manager (f/m/d) As Senior Transformation Manager / Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving AT&S’s largest transformation initiative. You act as the bridge between Group PMO-Office and on-the-ground execution, ensuring alignment, pace and measurable business impact across functions and sites. The role combines program management excellence with a consulting mindset. Challenging, structuring and enabling the organization to deliver results at speed. You will work closely with senior leadership, site operations and cross-functional teams to secure execution discipline and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
