The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.<br><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><p><span>-Handling of FAR (Failure Analysis Request) / Customer complaint</span><span> <br>-Involving in line deviation management. <br>-Managing in PPCM (Product Process Change Management) , Review changes and identify risk assessment & determine qualification test requirement as one key team member <br>-Post change follow up & documentation of changes <br>-Handling of special clearance& Shipment halt note based on risk assessment <br>-Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization) <br>-Lead Internal Process Audit, Product Audit <br>-Drive continuous improvement from daily work, review business process of Product Quality Management.<br>-To guild other PQE for critical cases<br>-To drive quality crisis of plant level <br></span></p><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">What we look for</span></p> <p><br><p>-Bachelor degree or above <br>-More than 10 Years of experience of semiconductor/ Electronics Industry / Automotive industry<br>-SAP, 8D, SPC, QC tools, computer skills; <br>-Internal auditor of IATF16949/VDA6.3/LPA(Layered Process Audit), and expert of process audit<br>-Fluent English both in written and spoken<br>-Familiar with JEDEC, AEC Q standard </p></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>LuPing Zhu</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+86 (510) 8190 8315</strong>.</p>
