<p>As a <strong>Procurement Analyst</strong>, you will play a key role in transforming procurement data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.</p> <p>Working closely with our Corporate Purchasing team, you will develop reports and dashboards to monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic procurement initiatives. Your analytical expertise will help optimize procurement processes and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about the role :</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Analyze procurement and supplier data to identify performance trends and cost-saving opportunities.</li> <li>Design and develop clear, insightful dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.</li> <li>Support the implementation and optimization of spend and pricing management tools.</li> <li>Perform spend, pricing, and budget analyses to support strategic procurement decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver data-driven solutions.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvements based on data analysis.</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and supply chain risks.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement Operational Excellence.</li> <li>Present analytical findings in a clear and business-oriented manner.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about you :</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business analytics.</li> <li>Education preferably in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience within Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to engage with diverse internal and external partners</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP and/or spend analytics platforms is highly desirable.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Curiosity, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.</li> <li>Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about what we offer :</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
