About this role
<p>As a key member of the HR team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and high-quality HR experience for employees across all departments and levels. You will be the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented HR administration, supporting both employees and line managers in day-to-day HR matters.</p> <p>Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers, you will help deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.</p> <p><br><strong>More about the role:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments</li> <li>Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data</li> <li>Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)</li> <li>Support line managers and employees on HR topics in Spanish and English</li> <li>Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)</li> <li>Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)</li> <li>Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions</li> <li>Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities</li> <li>Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about you:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, very good understanding of the employee lifecycle</li> <li>Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor), up to date HR knowledge</li> <li>Proficient in Spanish and English</li> <li>Experience with Spanish labor law, administration and payroll is very nice to have</li> <li>Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking</li> <li>Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)</li> </ul> <p><strong>More about what we offer </strong></p> <p>As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
