This position sits at the intersection of <strong>business and IT</strong>, with strong ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in a complex, international environment.</p> </div> <div> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> </div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Leading complex requirements analysis and solution design across systems and domains</li> <li>Designing and configuring SAP SD / O2C solutions aligned with business needs</li> <li>Driving process improvements and optimization initiatives</li> <li>Facilitating workshops and driving decision making for IT solutions</li> <li>Leading functional streams in large transformation programs (incl. S/4HANA)</li> <li>Acting as an escalation point for complex functional issues</li> <li>Ensuring quality and continuous improvement of functional deliverables</li> </ul> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <p> </p> </div> <ul type="disc"> <li>8+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash environments</li> <li>Strong experience in solution design, configuration, and business process mapping</li> <li>Solid understanding of integrations (e.g. eCommerce platforms, Credit Card solutions, EDI)</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration, SAP Logistics Execution, or other SAP modules is of great advantage</li> <li>Experience working with enterprise platforms (SAP, CRM, BI, S&OP etc.)</li> <li>Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders</li> <li>Experience with IT tools such as SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Signavio, ServiceNow</li> <li>Fluent English (additional languages like German, Polish or Chinese are a plus)</li> </ul> <div> <p> </p> </div> <p><strong>More about what we offer</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
