<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Responsibilities:</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Process Optimization & Improvement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing, optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, safety and cost.</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with industry’s best practices and safety standards.</li> <li>Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.</li> <li>Performing process capability studies, analyzing-data, decision-making to improve operational plants to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, reduce waste and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.</li> <li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness.</li> <li>Drive process validation activities, including protocol development, execution and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.</li> <li>Drive sustainability initiatives by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Scale-up:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Scale-up new products by interface between production and R & D team, provide work instruction and hand over to operation team after completion</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Project Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve process inefficiencies.</li> <li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Compliance & Safety:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.</li> <li>Conduct safety audits and promote a strong safety culture within the team.</li> <li>Support ISO by coordinating with ISO team leader</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Technology & Innovation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in process engineering</li> <li>Recommend and implement automation, digitalization, and advanced manufacturing techniques</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualification:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in process engineering.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles</li> <li>Proficiency in process analysis, process modelling and simulation software.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.</li> <li>Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.</li> <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to manage projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
