The position holder will also develop and implement quality control plans and procedures and will manage a team of Quality Control and Quality Assurance professionals.</p></div></div><div </div><div><p style="text-align:justify">Enforces the implementation of quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Ensures that all products delivered meet or exceed customer expectations, and that quality and compliance standards are met.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Conducts regular quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Works closely with all functional managers to identify and resolve quality issues, and to continuously improve product quality.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Manages the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that it is stored and maintained in an appropriate manner.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Develop and deliver quality training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of quality standards and procedures.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Supervises all QA/QC plans as well as amendments and revisions in order to meet the project quality requirements and client’s expectations.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Establishes project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives and ensure to monitor submittals of QA/QC reports.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Builds and implements a control system for suppliers and subcontractors.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Manages/attends to all required/related meetings and arranges all project Quality requirements with the project owner/consultant and project management team.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project objectives.</p> <p>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.</p> <p>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.</p></div></div><div
