As a SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruiting Management professional, your day-to-day you might be: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Consulting with the team lead and building the solution independently.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Lead solution playbacks.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Support the Lead Consultant on Functional and Data Migration workshops.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Support data migration activities.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide support for UAT and go-live.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Conduct system admin training.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Managing project expectations on deliverables and timelines.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Project documentation including configuration and unit testing.</li> </ul> About the team The Deloitte HR Transformation team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and UKG Dimensions and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support. You will have the following: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">A minimum of 3+ years with hands-on configuration knowledge in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) and/or SuccessFactors Onboarding Recruiting Management (RCM) is essential.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Advanced module expertise with practical project delivery experience.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to QA/QC the work of junior staff and mentor junior staff.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Capability to lead smaller workstreams.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Completion of at least 3 ONB and/or RCM implementations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Data migration experience would be beneficial.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Professional mindset and behaviour – be responsible and responsive.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Interacting and engaging effectively through workshops and meetings with project lead and team members to deliver a world class HR Transformation solution.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong level of experience in gathering, assessing and developing the solution from the business requirements.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Confidence in client communication and stakeholder management.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Customer service focused and problem-solving approach.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">An excellent communicator who is able to convey system configurations to a business language which can be understood by the business users.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new functionalities, adapt to a client’s changing needs and project scopes.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">A team player who works well with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Analytical mindset that is able to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience in working across multiple projects at any one time.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strategic thinking to align client needs with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Proactive risk identification and mitigation.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Initiative in proposing optimisations and innovations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong sense of ownership and leadership within project teams.</li> </ul> <div> Why Deloitte? </div> <div> At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
