About this role
We are hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within our Direct-to-Consumer business, with a unique focus on bridging teams in India and leadership in the US. This is a senior role that goes beyond project delivery to shape alignment, efficiency, and business impact across domains.
The ideal candidate will be one of the few program managers based in India, trusted to connect global product leadership with local engineering and design teams. You will anticipate scaling challenges, ensure priorities and business context are well understood, and drive execution at speed while building strong collaboration across time zones. You will report to the Director of Project Management and work closely with senior product and engineering leaders globally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of complex, cross-domain initiatives with clear ownership and accountabilityAnticipate scaling limits and propose structural solutions to improve delivery efficiency and outcomesAct as the connective tissue between US-based product leadership and India-based delivery teams, ensuring priorities and business context are alignedManage program-level dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple teams and functionsMentor and guide local team members, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and delivery excellenceShape organizational approaches to planning, dependency management, and velocity consistencyCreate transparent, outcome-focused status updates for both local and global stakeholdersEnsure teams stay focused on consumer outcomes and business impact, not just outputsRepresent domain delivery priorities in executive discussions, advocating for both local teams and global strategyMinimum Qualifications
12 to 15 years of experience leading large-scale digital product delivery in consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTechProven success managing complex, multi-team programs with measurable business outcomesDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, modern product development practices, and the Product Operating ModelStrong ability to work across time zones and cultures, connecting senior leadership with local execution teamsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and influence skills with executives and technical teamsDemonstrated ability to implement delivery process improvements across domains or regionsTools: JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams 12+ years of experience leading large-scale digital product delivery in consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTechProven success managing complex, multi-team programs with measurable business outcomesDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, modern product development practices, and the Product Operating ModelStrong ability to work across time zones and cultures, connecting senior leadership with local execution teamsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and influence skills with executives and technical teamsDemonstrated ability to implement delivery process improvements across domains or regions Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
