Driven by a Cloud-first, Mobile-first and AI-first strategy, JKIT empowers businesses with innovation, agility, growth, and state-of-the-art security.</p> <p> </p> <p>We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of <strong>Associate Business Analyst</strong> The selected candidate will report to the <strong>Lead Business Analyst .</strong></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">.</H2> </div><div><p>The <strong>Associate Business Analyst</strong> will be responsible for:</p> <p>• Conducting business analysis to understand business processes, workflows, and requirements.</p> <p>• Gathering, analysing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.</p> <p>• Facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, presentations, and solution demonstrations.</p> <p>• Acting as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.</p> <p>• Supporting solution design, testing activities, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</p> <p>• Assisting in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and post-implementation reviews.</p> <p>• Supporting pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal preparation.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">.</H2> </div><div><p>The ideal candidate should possess:</p> <p>• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.</p> <p>• A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a similar role.</p> <p>• Good understanding of requirement elicitation, business process modelling, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.</p> <p>• Familiarity with requirements management tools and documentation standards.</p> <p>• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p> <p>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.</p> <p>• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.</p></div></div></div><p>If you’re up for the challenge, please send your resume to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>or Click on the advert to apply.
