RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Operations & Maintenance Remuneration: Exempt Reporting to the Sr Manager, Operations Training, the Technical Training Specialist will help design and conduct various technical, safety and in-field trainings like Solar Technical, BESS, High Voltage Awareness, NFPA-70E, Electrical Schematics, Electrical and Hydraulic troubleshooting, LOTO Awareness, Confined Space Awareness, etc. amongst other trainings, to align employee performance with the goals of organization. The Technical Training Specialist will also determine training objectives and write training programs, including outlines, handouts, courses, exams as well as design practical exercises. The Technical Training Specialist will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Candidates will need a wide degree of creativity and latitude and will be required to perform other related duties as needed.
