</strong>Exempt</span></p> <p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The <strong> Market Operations Associate</strong> is responsible for supporting compliance with the Independent System Operator or Regional Transmission Operator (ISO/RTO) for the existing generator fleet and for onboarding new generation.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support the registration and qualification process for new renewable projects within assigned ISOs, ensuring timely submission of required documentation </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in collecting and organizing operational data for analysis and reporting</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate with internal teams to compile responses for ISO-related RFIs</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor ISO requirements and deadlines, escalating issues to senior staff as needed</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participate in scheduling and coordinating performance testing for renewable assets</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Review ISO documentation and assist in identifying impacts to ongoing projects</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain accurate records of ISO-related communications and documentation</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Track proposed and approved changes to ISO requirements</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline required</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum 3 years experience</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
