This role manages a regional team responsible for engineering, estimating, scheduling, contracting, and cross‑functional alignment to support a high‑value project pipeline. The position drives strategic improvements to the preconstruction operating model, strengthens technical and project management capabilities across the team, and provides clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
