<p><strong>Fixed term: 24 months</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOUR TASKS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical customer consulting in the fields of auto identification, machine vision, and LiDAR technology</li> <li>Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable application solutions</li> <li>Support the commissioning of complex systems and perform application testing</li> <li>Handle customer complaints and derive appropriate corrective actions</li> <li>Design and deliver training sessions</li> <li>Contribute to product lifecycle management</li> <li>Act as an interface to internal and external customers, suppliers, and international subsidiaries</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOUR PROFILE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, certification as a state-certified technician</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in factory or logistics automation</li> <li>Strong knowledge of auto identification, machine vision, and LiDAR technologies</li> <li>Experience with industrial control systems (e.g., Simatic STEP 7 or TIA Portal)</li> <li>Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable way</li> <li>Good technical English skills</li> <li>Structured, customer- and solution-oriented working style</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel</li> </ul><p><strong>Contact:</strong> Silvia Hartmann</p>
