<p><strong>Winter semester 2026 – fixed term of 5–6 months</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>YOUR TASKS:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Create digital learning formats such as e-learning courses and short learning videos</li> <li>Prepare and implement training content using sound instructional and didactic methods for different target groups</li> <li>Support the organization of training seminars</li> <li>Assist with marketing activities for technical training programs</li> <li>Communicate internationally with colleagues from our sales and service organizations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>YOUR PROFILE:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Enrolled in a degree program in Education, Adult Learning, Business Administration, Instructional Design, Media Design, Business Psychology, or a comparable field</li> <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office)</li> <li>Good command of English</li> <li>Strong teamwork skills and creativity</li> <li>Structured and independent working style</li> </ul><p><strong>Contact:</strong> Sarah Disch</p>
