<p><strong>Your area of work:</strong></p> <p>As an Intern in Non-Financial Risk Management, you will have an excellent opportunity to explore the risk management function of a banking institution and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company and dynamic team. You will be part of a multicultural team and be actively taking part in our processes, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.</p> <p><br> <strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>You will gain insights through participating in the non-financial risk identification, measurement, controlling and reporting process</li> <li>You will support the identification of operational risks and business risks together with the business units and participate in the yearly review of operational and business risk scenarios</li> <li>You will generate analyses and documents to support analytics for risk management</li> <li>You will support in the improvement of current processes</li> <li>You will contribute to investigation of new developments on the market for risk management related topics</li> <li>You will participate in the maintenance of risk management tools and databases</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Enrolled in bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, or equivalent, AND can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months </li> <li>You are matriculated throughout the duration of your internship at a state-recognized university as a regular student</li> <li>You have a strong interest in the financial sector</li> <li>You have the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills</li> <li>You are competent handling MS-Office applications (in particular MS Access and MS Excel)</li> <li>You are proficient in written and spoken English, German is considered a plus</li> </ul>
