With manufacturing sites in Europe and North America, and supported by SCHOTT’s global sales network, we are a leading supplier of high-quality fiber optic and LED components.</p></span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Your Contribution</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Performs a variety of assignments and work functions in the LFB operation (which may include some or all of the Major Duties listed)<br> • Under close supervision, sets up and operates various types of draw towers (clamp and belt).<br> • Performs Medical Draw.<br> • Performs Core Draw processes including prepare, draw, and assembly.<br> • Performs up to three (3) of the processes used to manufacture leach fiber bundle.<br> • Completes labor sheets, routers, log sheets, process forms and similar reports and forms.<br> • Performs basic maintenance on production machinery and equipment.<br> • Follows established process specifications and procedures.<br> • Complies with all company policies and procedures.<br> • Maintains housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program.<br> • Meets utilization targets and standard times.<br> • Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer.<br> • Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers.<br> • Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.<br>• Effective verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Self-motivated and results oriented.<br>• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.<br>• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.<br>• Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.</p> <p>Hourly Pay Ranges: Level C ($19.00-$21.50); Level B ($22.00-$24.50); Level A ($25.00-$27.50)<br>Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Your Benefits</b></H2> </div><div><p>At SCHOTT, you can expect a unique corporate culture where we emphasize equity, diversity, and inclusion.
