• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM • Schedule: Monday – Thursday (OT on Friday/Saturday as needed) • Pay Rate: $19.00/hr • Daily overtime opportunities • Pay increase upon permanent hire Key Responsibilities
• Assemble components and finished products as per specifications • Build trusses, walls, and flooring systems • Use hand and power tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.) • Attach and nail hangers to wood structures • Inspect products using overhead laser systems • Work in multiple departments as required • Perform production line and team-based assembly work • Meet production targets and deadlines • Follow safety procedures and maintain clean workspace Required Skills
• Experience in assembly, production, or carpentry/woodwork • Ability to use hand tools and power tools • Strong measuring and framing skills • Ability to assemble wood structures accurately • At least 6 months of stable work history (last 2–3 years) Additional Qualifications
• Reliable and positive attitude • Willingness to learn and be trained • Must bring own 25 oz framing hammer Work Environment
