Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports preboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and communication throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate preboarding activities including background checks and onboarding documentation • Support offer letters and candidate communication • Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion • Maintain accurate records in HR systems • Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams Qualifications
• 1–3 years of HR, coordination, or administrative experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage high-volume workflows • Strong communication skills Preferred Experience
• Experience with onboarding or HRIS systems • Healthcare or regulated environment experience Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.
