Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.Apply paint, stain, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of multi-family properties.Ensure quality control by inspecting all work for consistency and accuracy.Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and techniques.Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter, with a focus on new construction and multi-family properties preferred.Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical stamina and ability to work at heights (ladders, scaffolding).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
