About this role

Manage key account relationships/communications and drive new business solicitation through research, meetings, pitches, site visits and distribution of collateral to achieve targets.Proactively prospect new accounts for the hotel and assure the corresponding sales activities to win these customers and to convert into ‘producing’ accounts.Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business through various efforts (Blitz, prospect calls, personal sales calls, site inspection, entertainment, etc.).Organize and execute familiarization trips, site visits and presentations with prospective and existing clients.Prepare and draw up company contracts for the hotel in accordance with the current business strategy and market conditions.Coordinate any required administrative work in terms of reporting of figures, account forecasts and drawing up account development plans.Coordinate and implement sales activities and strategy with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation revenues in line with the hotel business mix.Have ongoing personal involvement with hotel clients, local community, social and business networking events.Compile and analyze month end reports, review and implement action plans to address market share penetration and achievement of budget. Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales with a focus on corporate segmentsStrong understanding of corporate travel trends and marketsExcellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure high-value contracts and partnershipsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levelsKnowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies and hotel operationsAbility to analyze market data, identify trends and implement effective sales strategiesProficient in Georgian and English oral and written. Other languages would be a plusComputer literate with MS Word, Excel, basic IT Solutions knowledgeGoal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAn entrepreneurial mind set and strong team spiritProblem solving and decision making skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsA positive attitude, flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional service Does this sound like you?
