About this role

Our 18 month Sales Rotational Program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch a successful career in sales. Over the course of the program, participants will rotate through multiple sales functions, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in consultative selling. The rotational structure enables participants to apply classroom learning to real‑world scenarios, collaborate with diverse teams, and understand how sales partners with marketing, operations, and technology to drive business outcomes.

Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership, preparing them for long-term success in sales roles.

You'll have opportunity to:

Rotate through main sales functions such as:Sales Development/ProspectingAccount Executive/Inside SalesAccount Management/Customer SuccessParticipate in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline developmentParticipate in customer meetings and presentationsLearn and apply consultative selling techniquesCollaborate with teams including marketing and productAnalyze market trends and customer need to identify growth opportunitiesSupport plans and special projectsMaintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Graduating in Spring 2026 with a minimum of a Bachelor's in Sales or a related field of studyExperience in sales-focused coursework or hands-on sales experience gained while in college.Demonstrated leadership, initiative or entrepreneurial experienceExperience with technology and customer engagementAbility to travelExperience solving problems and helping clients succeedWhat You'll Gain:
