What you'll work on
Create customised analytics solutions, adapting existing processes to meet each client's needs while deepening your understanding of marketing and customer data.Work directly with clients, helping translate technical insights into clear, meaningful recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.Support end‑to‑end analytics projects including data profiling, descriptive analytics, enrichment, dashboarding, and propensity modelling, gaining hands‑on experience across varied datasets and use cases.Help guide innovation and operational improvements, contributing ideas that improve workflows and enhance data quality, automation and delivery efficiency. We're looking for someone with:
A tertiary qualification in analytics, statistics, marketing, economics, or a related quantitative fieldAround 2–4 years of experience working with dataAnalytical thinking and problem‑solving skills2+ years of experience using tools such as SQL and Excel (can perform complex functions)Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)Curiosity and interest to learn tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BIClear communication skills and the ability to explain insights in an approachable wayA collaborative mindset and comfort taking ownership of tasks Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
