Areas of Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operational activities across PHF departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures. 3. Supervise operational staff and coordinate their efforts for smooth workflow. 4. Handle logistics for PHF events, tournaments, and staff requirements. 5. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity. 6. Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for operational needs. 7. Organize and oversee meetings, conferences, and events. 8. Collaborate with senior management to define operational goals and strategies. 9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operational activities. 10. Maintain accurate records of operational activities and resources. 11. Develop contingency plans to address operational challenges and risks. 12. Report on the effectiveness of operations and suggest areas for improvement. 13. Coordinate with other departments to streamline administrative tasks. 14. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing operational staff. Qualification and Experience: • Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration/Mass Communication /Marketing/Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university. • 0-1 years’ post qualification relevant experience. Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority. Competencies & Personal Attributes: • Good writing & communication skills • Good computer skills (MS Office and Reporting) • Good in problem solving, proactive & should have good analytical and multi-tasking skills. Salary and Benefits: As per PHFSP-4 package and any other benefit(s) admissible subject to the approval of the President.
