Sr. Manager Planning (PPS-10) @ Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)

Qualification: 16 Years Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Management or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC. Certification in PMP shall be preferred. Experience: 12 years of relevant experience Skills Required: Senior Manager will report to Project Director and he / she should have the ability to research best practices and devise policy incentives for the technology park, develop strategic road map. Work closely with management consultants and establish management plans for IT park, vision and mid-long term development strategies and actions plans. Deliver project management services and ensure inclusion of performance metrics in project procurement plan. Monitor project delivery and implement project controls, must have under taken such projects in the past. Excellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient manner Ability to lead a and work effectively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Internet and email applications Job Descriptions: Design project implementation plan to meet the objectives of project within the defined scope. Identify, define and integrate tasks assigned to project team Directs the priorities, work program, and resource allocation within the project Coordinate the project activities. Continuous monitoring of project milestones and deliverables for proper utilization of funds in-line with project scope, objectives and rules & regulations Implement the project plan as devised by Project Director Assist Project Director in preparation of short/long term project plans and timely execution as well as coordination at team and organizational level Perform milestone reviews with higher management Maximum age: 50 Years.
