About this role
Qualification: 16 Years of education. At least Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a university/institute recognized by HEC. Masters degree or Certification in PMP shall be preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in MEP installation, facility management, building maintenance etc. Skills Required: Should be capable of preparing project documents for planning and monitoring of HVAC, electrical, elevators and other works Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment, must have undertaken such projects in the past. Well versed with international equipment standards applicable in engineering projects Job Descriptions: Reporting to Project manager /senior engineer and provide assistance to Senior Manager in performing routine Project related tasks and activities To perform routine checks of project documents and perform monitoring of execution of works Assist higher management in monitoring quality of equipment being installed at site To physically monitor progress and update schedule and cost estimations Ensure that all equipments and facilities are procured and installed according to project specifications File work as and when instructed Perform milestone reviews with higher management Maximum age: 50 Years.
