About this role
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a university recognized by HEC. Experience: Minimum twelve (12) years post qualification of progressive and proven experience in modern Operations, HR, procurement and administrative practices, organizational development, and change management including at least five (05) years in a leadership role. Knowledge of IT industry trends and proficiency in using technology for HR and operational management is a plus. Strong understanding of administrative and operational best practices, including the use of technology to optimize processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
