About this role
• Manage project finances, budgeting, and fund utilization. • Ensure compliance with PPRA rules for all procurement activities. • Prepare financial reports for PSC, MoITT, and Planning Commission. • Support Procurement Committee in bid evaluation and vendor selection. • Maintain transparent financial records and facilitate audit processes. Master’s or bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC recognized university. Professional Certifications (Advantageous) • Professional certifications (CA/ACCA/ICMA/CIMA or Public Procurement Training)
