About this role
• Manage recruitment processes in line with Hiring Committee guidance. • Maintain employee records, contracts, and performance appraisals. • Handle project administration, logistics, and HR policy compliance. • Provide HR inputs for PSC meetings and staff performance reviews. • Ensure smooth daily operations of the PIU office. Master’s or Bechelor’s degree (min 16 years of Education) in HR, Public Administration, or Business Administration. Certification in HRM, labor law, or organizational development will be an added advantage.
