Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Marketing or Busienss Development / Business Administration /IT Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in marketing and brand management, Business Development, and Events Management preferably from corporate sector or ICT Industry. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ ADP/ Government Projects experience. Skills Required:Excellent knowledge of project management (Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Execution etc.) Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Excel, & Other international project management toolsExcellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken EnglishStrong knowledge of International Marketing and Branding.Job Descriptions:Assist in planning and implementation of comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.Contract management including drafting of contracts, execution of the contracts and dispute resolution.Analyze market trends and activities to identify opportunities for brand growth at a global levelEnsure procurements as per PPRA and applicable rules and regulations. Also ensure that record of the Project has been maintained properly and information related to the project is available as and when required by the Director Projects, management, MoITT, Planning, Audits and the Project Committees. Assist management in implementing multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Regular follow-ups on release of funds with Ministry of IT and other Govt. DepartmentsWork with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print.Manage brand-related communications, ensuring messaging aligns with brand values and goals.Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
