About this role

Key Responsibilities Executive Communication Support: • Accompany the Chairman and Members to events, meetings, industry visits, and public appearances. • Capture key highlights, quotes, discussions, and moments for communication use. • Draft and refine messaging, narratives, and thought-leadership content for the Chairman. Storytelling & Content Development: • Gather stories, insights, and updates from: • Speaking engagements • Conferences and events • Internal meetings and cross-department interactions • Industry visits and stakeholder engagements • Convert raw insights into structured content for social media posts, newsletters, website articles, speeches, and media communication Photo & Video Coverage • Capture high-quality photos and short videos during the Chairman and Members engagements. • Coordinate scheduled video shoots, interviews, and media sessions. • Maintain and organize a digital media library with proper tagging and accessibility. Content Planning & Publishing • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the Chairman and Members schedule and priorities. • Collaborate with design, video production, social media, and PR teams for post-production. • Ensure timely, accurate, and approved content publication across all platforms. Communication Strategy & Branding • Support the development of communication strategies that strengthen the Chairman’s brand and corporate visibility. • Identify opportunities for storytelling around leadership, key projects, achievements, and strategic priorities. • Ensure consistency in tone, brand guidelines, and messaging across all communication channels. Media & Stakeholder Coordination • Support coordination for media interactions, interviews, and press engagements. • Assist in drafting speeches, talking points, official statements, and event briefings. • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Education Bachelor's degree in communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, PR, or content management • Proven experience working closely with senior leadership or C-suite executives. • Experience managing content for digital platforms and social media.
