About this role
The Research Analyst conducts research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making across national digital initiatives. The role provides insights to PDA leadership, enabling data-driven strategy, program evaluation, and policy recommendations for digital platforms and national projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on digital economy, technology adoption, and national digital programs. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights for leadership. Prepare research reports, policy briefs, and analytical notes for the Chairman, CSO, COO, and other stakeholders. Support program evaluation, performance tracking, and impact assessment of digital initiatives. Collaborate with product, data, and portfolio teams to ensure research informs strategy and implementation. Monitor global trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital and AI ecosystem. Ensure research outputs maintain rigorous methodology, data integrity, and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master's in economics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in research, policy analysis, or data-driven evaluation. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
