The Innovation Manager would lead and drive our innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the innovation process within the organization, from ideation through implementation, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, project management, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives and market trends. Lead and manage the innovation process, including idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization of projects. Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements. Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams in the development and execution of innovation projects. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of innovation initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation. Organize innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a creative and innovative environment. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and research institutions to enhance innovation efforts. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of innovation projects. Cultivate an organizational culture that embraces change, innovation, and calculated risk-taking. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience At least 5 years’ experience in an innovation management role, with a track record of successful project implementation. Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, such as design thinking and lean startup. Skills and Competencies Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing R&D projects or working in a technology-driven environment. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
