The Integration Architect will have a strong background in integration platforms, API management, middleware, and streaming technologies. This role involves leading the development of integration strategies to seamlessly connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources, ensuring efficient and real-time data flow across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement robust integration solutions using a variety of platforms, middleware technologies, and API management tools. Design and develop APIs and oversee the management of API platforms, ensuring secure and scalable integration of services. Lead initiatives involving publish/subscribe (Pub/Sub) and streaming platforms, enhancing real-time data processing capabilities. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify integration needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Establish and enforce standards and best practices for integration, API development, and data streaming. Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge integration tools and software, focusing on long-term scalability and organizational growth. Manage the entire lifecycle of integration projects, from concept through deployment and support. Provide expertise and guidance on complex integration scenarios, including system-to-system, B2B, and cloud integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance of integration platforms. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in integration architecture, advocating for innovative solutions that meet evolving business needs. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience At least 5 years of experience as an Integration Architect, with expertise in integration platforms, API management, middleware, and streaming technologies. Proficient with leading integration and API platforms such as MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, IBM Integration Bus, Apigee, or similar. Strong understanding of API protocols and standards (REST, SOAP, GraphQL). Experience with Pub/Sub and streaming platforms like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar. Skills & Competencies Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead integration projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications in integration technologies or cloud platforms. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
