Education- -Master’s degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Business Management, IT, Mass Communication, Social Sciences or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university. - Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, BusinessManagement, ICT, Mass Communication, Social Sciences or a relevant discipline from an HECrecognized university. -Diploma or certification in Office Management, Customer Service, or ICT is an asset Experience - - 2 Years for master’s degree - 4 Years for bachelor’s degree Details- Greet visitors, clients, and officials courteously and provide accurate information about departmental functions, procedures, and ongoing initiatives. Manages the queue for citizens want to apply for services. Guide applicants regarding forms, required documents, application processes, and office locations Respond to public inquiries in person, via phone calls, or through email/letters promptly and professionally. Ensure the availability of brochures, forms, and public information materials at the desk. Investigates any conflicts that arise between citizens and the staff of the information kiosk. Coordinates the activities of institutions related to the services provided to citizens when necessary. Ensures that operations are conducted continuously in accordance with the principles of efficiency, transparency, courtesy, responsibility, and convenience. Monitors the compliance of information provided by the staff of the information kiosk with legislation and ensures the registration of complaints received from citizens. Implements measures to facilitate citizens' access to information. Transfers essential information regarding the provision of services to the Call Center and responds to inquiries received from there. Provides suggestions to the division manager aimed at improving the structure and operations. Ensures the investigation and response to documents and applications submitted for execution. Prepares reports, references, and information as assigned by the management Timely and effectively executes tasks assigned by the management and the center leadership in accordance with their responsibilities.
