Education - - Master’s degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Business Management, ICT, Engineering, or a relevant discipline from an HECrecognized university. - Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, ICT, Engineering or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university Experience- - 8 Years for master’s degree -10 Years for bachelor’s degree Details- Assist in translating departmental policies and strategies into actionable plans Oversee the day to day activities of assigned sections, divisions, or projects. Ensure that administrative procedures comply with government rules and service regulations. Coordinate with other departments, field offices, and external stakeholders for effective program delivery. Prepare progress reports, project reviews, and recommendations for improvement. Organizes and leads the work of the “citizen service center" in accordance with its authority. Allocates work among the employees under its supervision, coordinates their activities. Oversees the processes related to the reception of citizens and the provision of services to them Oversees the evaluation process of the service providing institutions. Identifies issues to be discussed and present proposals to the Director. Submits proposals to the director for the encouragement and disciplinary measures concerning the employees. Provide guidance, coaching, and administrative oversight to subordinate officers. Participate in drafting policy briefs, operational guidelines, and project frameworks. Facilitate communication between senior management and operational teams. Enforce compliance with government policies, procurement rules, and audit standards. Prepares reports, briefs, references, and information for management Monitors the proper use of material and technical supplies provided for the operation of the "citizen service center within the scope of authority. Performs other duties in a timely and quality manner as specified in the charter of the citizen service center. Location - Islamabad
