About this role

Education- -Master’s degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Business Management, ICT, Project Management, mass Communication or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university. - Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, ICT, Project Management, Mass Communication or a relevant discipline from an HECrecognized university. Experience- - 6 Years for master’s degree - 8 Years for bachelor’s degree Details- Coordinates state and private institutions employees’ activities at the centres, ensures compliance with labour, execution, and service discipline, and conducts evaluations of their service performance. Organizes assessments regarding the lawful execution, quality, and transparency of services provided at citizen service center Serve as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders. Conducts monitoring, surveys, and observations for the purpose of carrying out assessments at the centres. project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Prepare regular progress reports, updates, and presentations for management. Identify potential risks or issues and escalate to the management for resolution. Organizes the evaluation of the performance of employees from state and private institutions working at the centres. Summarizes and analyses the results of evaluations conducted at the centres. Organizes the preparation of relevant reports and documentation regarding the results of the evaluations, as well as letters to relevant authorities for the elimination of identified deficiencies and shortcomings. Analyses citizens' feedback and suggestions related to the organization and improvement of services, provides proposals to the Head of the deputy Director for simplifying service provision procedures, and prepares drafts to be sent to relevant authorities. Coordinates the activities of the citizen service center in the field of citizen engagement, organizes supervision and evaluation in those areas, and conducts surveys. Submits proposals to the management of the Ministry for the encouragement and disciplinary measures concerning the citizen service center employees. Prepares reports, references, and information at the request of the Ministry about citizen service center operation. Submits proposals regarding the provision of the Division with material and technical supplies, communication, and transportation, as well as the social and domestic support of its employees, in accordance with established procedures. Delegates legal issues among the staff, coordinate their activities, ensure compliance with labour, execution, and service discipline, and carry out performance evaluations. Location - Islamabad
