Qualification & Experience Minimum sixteen (16) year’s education in Finance, Accounts or Member of Institute of Corporate/Chartered Secretaries or L.L.B or Equivalent from HEC recognized university with at least 5 years’ post qualification relevant experience or CA(Intermediate)/CAF with a minimum of five years relevant experience including articles. Experience of handling accounting, financial and taxation affairs etc. is a plus. Job Description Maintain statutory records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) regulations, and all applicable legal requirements. Prepare, file, and ensure timely submission of statutory forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other regulatory bodies. Coordinate with Board members for availability, manage circulation of agendas and working papers, and ensure timely review and approval of meeting minutes. Accurately record, draft, and maintain minutes and proceedings of Board, Sub-Committee, and General Meetings. Compile and organize agenda items along with supporting documents for meetings of the Board, Sub-Committees, and General Meetings. Oversee timely scheduling, organization, and conduct of Board, Sub-Committee, and Members’ meetings in compliance with statutory requirements. Circulate decisions of Board, Sub-Committee, and General Meetings to relevant departments, track compliance, and monitor progress on implementation. Provide support in financial, accounting and taxation matters, including reviewing financial statements, and preparation of compliance reports etc. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling corporate and financial information. Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management as required.
