Develop and implement organization-wide physical and operational security policies, standards, and procedures. Oversee the performance and deployment of internal security personnel and contracted security vendors. Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat evaluations across all EPZA zones and facilities. Plan and supervise security operations for special events, high-risk situations, or VIP visits. Ensure compliance with national security laws, local regulations, and internal safety protocols. Investigate incidents and breaches; recommend corrective actions and ensure follow-up. Develop and test emergency response and disaster recovery procedures. Prepare comprehensive security reports for senior management, outlining incidents, risk trends, and preventive measures. Collaborate with IT and legal teams to address cyber security, data privacy, and compliance-related matters. Oversee access control systems, surveillance infrastructure (CCTV) Train internal staff on security awareness, protocols, and crisis management procedures. Implement a reporting framework to keep senior management informed of the security status of all zones and key installations on monthly basis. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Consultant to lead and manage the Export Processing Zones Authority’s security operations, policies, and infrastructure. The role will ensure that all EPZA zones and offices maintain a secure environment, aligned with national security protocols and global best practices. This includes the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies (physical and digital), oversight of security staff and vendors, risk assessment, incident response, and enforcement of organizational security standards. The consultant will work closely with internal departments, law enforcement agencies, and third-party security providers to ensure a robust security framework that safeguards EPZA’s assets, personnel, and operations. Bachelors or Master’s degree preference will be given to Criminology, Law Enforcement and Defense Studies. Quota- Merit Location- Karachi
